- In-stock products order will be processed and dispatched in 2 to 4 working days.
- Products that are mentioned as “Special order” will have estimated shipping date mentioned in the respective products.
- Pre-order products: each product will have Estimated Stock Arrival (ETA) date mentioned in the respective products. Once the product is released & available with us, your order will be processed in 2 to 4 working days in First Come First Serve basis.
We choose fastest available courier for each customer from the multiple courier partners we use.
For major metro cities orders will be delivered in 3 to 5 days from the day the order is dispatched. Non metro locations are delivered in 5 to 15 days.
You will receive the tracking link and ID over email/WhatsApp once the order shipped. Using the details you may track the shipment.

Preorder ETA is tentative, understand the risk of delay if Brand’s release date is postponed or delayed due to shipping constraints.

Special Order products are mostly the products that are sold out with us and we are not restocking it. We open such products for Special Order. If you are interested in the product you can place the Special Order and we will arrange it specially and delive

Step 2: We arrange the product from brand in defined timeframe (usually 10 to 30 days)
Step 3: We ship it to you.

Order Cancellation

We will arrange a return pickup ourselves through a courier partner at our cost. Under impossible situation, we may ask the buyers to ship the returns.
