- Full payment for Pre-order & Special Order: Full payment policy is simple and straight forward, you place your Pre-order with full payment, and we will ship the item immediately once the item is in stock.
- Partial Deposit Preorder available on selected products, where you can preorder with partial amount of the product’s full price, and pay the remaining amount when the product is released & ready to ship.

COD is not available for Preorder and Special order items.
Preorder and Special orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

What is “PARTIAL DEPOSIT PREORDER”?
Being a fellow collector we understand that our customers want to Pre-Order without needing to pay full amount in advance especially for premium products.
So we wanted to give our customers an option where you can prebook your beloved collectible with a partial amount, and pay the rest of the amount whenever your are ready to pay later before the date the product becomes available.
How does the PARTIAL DEPOSIT PREORDER work?
It is simple, for selected PreOrder products (especially products above ₹30,000) you will have 3 options to choose above “PRE-ORDER NOW” button

This PREORDER payment option is only a partial deposit. Choose this option and place order with partial deposit amount.- How to place PARTIAL DEPOSIT PREORDER?

- Remaining payable amount = (product FULL AMOUNT – PARTIAL DEPOSIT AMOUNT).

2. FULL PAYMENT PREORDER
FULL PAYMENT PREORDER is simple and straight forward, you may place your pre-order item with non-refundable full payment, and we will ship the item immediately once the item is in stock.
What is a special order?
(“Special Order” type product are mentioned in respective product description)
Special order products are specially arranged after the customer placing the order and then dispatched.
Special Orders are arrangement time taken for dispatch is mentioned in each product’s description.
Special orders cannot be cancelled or refunded or changed for a different product.
Special Order ETA is only tentative, understand the risk of delay if the product is not available with brand immediately and requires more time. We will keep the customer informed of any such delays, 
you can rest assured.
In case, if the product is not available with brand/supplier, we will inform you and if you have made any payment the full amount will be refunded.
Why full payment for Pre-Orders & Special Order?
Preorder items at release maybe available only in limited stock. By customer making full payment in advance we can 100% confirm that the customer is making the purchase, which helps us to the arrange the initial stock as required and allocate the product for the customer.
Also Special Orders are arranged specially for the ordering customer, to confirm that customer is 100% buying the product we need the payment made upfront.
