- Full payment Pre-order policy is simple and straight forward, you may place your Pre-order with full payment, and we will ship the item immediately once the item is in stock.
- Partial Deposit Preorder available on selected products, where you can preorder with partial amount of the product’s full price, and pay the remaining amount anytime till the product Estimated Availability date.

COD is not available for Preorder and Special order items.
Preorder and Special orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

What is “PARTIAL DEPOSIT PREORDER”?
Being a fellow collector we understand that our customers want to preorder without needing to pay full amount in advance especially for premium products.
So we wanted to give our customers an option where you can prebook your beloved collectible with a partial amount, and pay the rest of the amount whenever your are ready to pay later before the date the product becomes available.
How does the PARTIAL DEPOSIT PREORDER work?
It is simple, for selected PreOrder products (especially products above ₹30,000) you will have 3 options to choose above “PRE-ORDER NOW” button
- PARTIAL DEPOSIT PREORDER
This PREORDER payment option is only a partial deposit. Choose this option and place order with partial deposit amount.
- How to place PARTIAL DEPOSIT PREORDER? Â Â Â Â for selected preorder products you will have “PARTIAL DEPOSIT PREORDER” payment option to choose above the “Pre-Order” button. Select the PARTIAL DEPOSIT PREORDER option and place order the order with the defined amount.
What will be the PARTIAL DEPOSIT PREORDER amount?     On selecting the PARTIAL DEPOSIT PREORDER option the payable amount will be displayed.
What will be remaining amount to be paid?     Remaining payable amount = (product FULL AMOUNT – PARTIAL DEPOSIT AMOUNT).
In the NOTE displayed below the “PARTIAL DEPOSIT PREORDER” option you will see the remaining amount that need to be paid.
Also you can select PREORDER 2nd FINAL PAYMENT option to know the remaining amount.When do I need to pay the remaining amount? Â Â Â Â Â You can pay the remaining amount anytime before the product Estimated Availability Date, and max upto 10 days after the product is available in stock.
How do I know when the product became available in-stock? Â Â Â Â Â You can refer to the Estimated Availability date mention in the product description. In rare cases if the product becomes available earlier or delayed we will intimate via Email/WhatsApp.
Is the PARTIAL DEPOSIT PREORDER refundable or can be cancelled?       No. All preorders are non refundable and cannot be cancelled.
- How do I pay the remaining amount? Â Â Â Â Â Check the below PREORDER 2nd FINAL PAYMENT point.
2. PREORDER 2nd FINAL PAYMENT
This PREORDER payment option is ONLY for the customers who have already made order with option PARTIAL DEPOSIT PREORDER. Any customer having placed PREORDER 2nd FINAL PAYMENTÂ without placing PARTIAL DEPOSIT PREORDER previously, the order will auto canceled.
- Who should place PREORDER 2nd FINAL PAYMENT order?     Everyone who have made PARTIAL DEPOSIT PREORDER should make remaining payment by placing PARTIAL DEPOSIT PREORDER order.
When do I need to place PREORDER 2nd FINAL PAYMENT order? Â Â Â Â Â You can place the order anytime before the product Estimated Availability Date, and max upto 10 days after the product is available in stock.
- How do I know when the product became available in-stock? Â Â Â Â Â You can refer to the Estimated Availability date mention in the product description. In rare cases if the product becomes available earlier or delayed we will intimate via Email/WhatsApp.
How to place PREORDER 2nd FINAL PAYMENT? Â Â Â Â Â Â Place another order with option “PREORDER 2nd FINAL PAYMENT” chosen. On selecting the PREORDER 2nd FINAL PAYMENT option the payable amount will be displayed.
- I did not place PARTIAL DEPOSIT PREORDER previously, can I still place PREORDER 2nd FINAL PAYMENT order?    No this payment option is only for those who made PARTIAL DEPOSIT PREORDER order.
What happens if I place PREORDER 2nd FINAL PAYMENT order without placing PARTIAL DEPOSIT PREORDER order previously? Â Â Your order will be cancelled.
- What happens if I do not place the PREORDER 2nd FINAL PAYMENT order within 10 days or before the date of product becoming available?    We will contact you via phone number provided in order details to intimate about the remaining payment. If there is no response from customer or PREORDER 2nd FINAL PAYMENT order is not placed for more than 30 days from the date of product becoming available, then the PARTIAL DEPOSIT made will be considered invalid and NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED.
Is the PREORDER 2nd FINAL PAYMENT refundable or can be cancelled?       No. All preorders are non refundable and cannot be cancelled.
3. FULL PAYMENT PREORDER
FULL PAYMENT PREORDER is simple and straight forward, you may place your pre-order item with non-refundable full payment, and we will ship the item immediately once the item is in stock.
What is a special order?
(“Special Order” type product are mentioned in respective product description)
Special order products are specially arranged after the customer showing interest to purchase the product by placing the order and then dispatched.
Special orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Please understand that under unforeseen situations like delay in stock arrival and delay at brand/supplier, may require more time than described. We will keep the customer informed of any such delays, 🤠you can rest assured.
In case, if the product is not available with our supplier, we will inform you and if you have made any payment, the full amount will be refunded.
Why full payment for Pre-Orders & Special Order?
Preorder items at release maybe available only in limited stock. By customer making full payment in advance we can 100% confirm that the customer is making the purchase, which helps us to the arrange the initial stock as required and allocate the product for the customer.
Also Special Orders are arranged specially for the ordering customer, to confirm that customer is 100% buying the product we need the payment made upfront.

- Special Orders are arranged and dispatched in 14 to 28 days, and delivery estimate starts from the date of dispatch.
- Preorders & Special orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
