Our full payment Pre-order & Special Order policy is simple and straight forward, you may place your pre-order item with non-refundable full payment, and we will ship the item immediately once the item is in stock.

COD is not available for Preorder and Special order items.

What is a special order?

Special order products are specially arranged after the customer showing interest to purchase the product by placing the order and then dispatched.

Please understand that under unforeseen situations like delay in stock arrival and delay at brand/supplier, more time than described. We will keep the customer informed about any such delays, 🤠 you can rest assured.
In case, if the product is not available with our supplier, we will inform you and if you have made any payment, the full amount will be refunded.

Why full payment for Pre-Orders & Special Order?
Preorder items at release maybe available only in limited stock. By customer making full payment in advance we can 100% confirm that the customer is making the purchase, which helps us to the arrange the initial stock as required and allocate the product for the customer.
Also Special Orders are arranged specially for the ordering customer, to confirm that customer is 100% buying the product we need the payment made upfront.

• All Preorder item listed will have the release date/Available date mentioned in description
• Special Orders are arranged and dispatched in 10 to 28 days, and delivery estimate starts from the date of dispatch.
• Please do understand the risk of the preorder product release date & final availability of preorder products are completely based on availability at supplier’s, & how many we were able to procure, etc.,
• In case if release date or availability date is postponed we will inform you about the same. In such cases you have an option to wait further or request for refund (only if release/availability date is postponed).
• Preorders are processed in First Come First Serve basis, in case if the stock is not enough for your order turn we will inform you about the same. In such case you have an option to wait until the next batch of availability (which is mostly in short number of days) or you can request for refund.
