We have partnered with leading delivery partners to provide quick and secure delivery. You can remain assured while we take care of delivering your favourite action figures, figurines, and statues securely.

Shipping Policy Highlights:
  • In-stock products order will be processed and dispatched in 2 to 4 working days.
  • Products that are mentioned as “Special order” are shipped in 2 to 4 weeks.
  • Pre-order products: Once the product is released & available with us, order will be processed in 2 to 4 working days in First Come First Serve basis.

Shipping Destinations:

We are ship all over India. 

International Shipping:

We are currently shipping only within India. However get in touch with us over E-mail or WhatsApp found in Contact Us we can work closely to ship your International order. 

Shipping Costs:

Free Shipping! Yes, all the orders within India are free delivery.

Undelivered Shipment:

Customer will have to bear the shipping expenditure in case of returned delivery due to below reasons:
(either customer pays for reshipping the product to customer OR in case of refund, shipping expenditure will be deducted from the refund amount)

  • Customer refused to accept the shipment at the time of delivery.
  • Shipment return due to customer unavailability leading to Non Delivery.
  • Shipment returned due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by customer.
Pre-orders:

Our full payment pre-order policy is simple and straight forward, you may place your pre-order item with non-refundable deposit, and we will ship the item immediately once the item is in stock.

  • All pre-order item listed will state the release date/Available date
  • Please do understand the risk of the preorder product release date & final availability of preorder products are completely based on availability at supplier’s, & how many we were able to procure, etc.,
  • In case if release date or availability date is postponed we will inform you about the same. In such cases you have an option to wait further or request for refund (only if release/availability date is postponed).
  • Preorders are processed in First Come First Serve basis, in case if the stock is not enough for your order turn we will inform you about the same. In such case you have an option to wait until the next batch of availability (which is mostly in short number of days) or you can request for refund.

Back-orders:

Backorder are for those product that are sold out from us, yet if you are interested in the product you may place Backorder. We will try to procure if the product is available with our supplier and dispatch with in 27 days.

In case if the product is not available with our supplier, we will inform you and refund if you have made any payments.

Order Processing Time:

Once you have successfully placed the order and the payment is completed, we will start processing the order and ship it within 3-4 days.

Special order: Products mentioned as “Special order” may have 2 to 4 weeks of dispatch duration, shipping duration can be found in respective product page below the “Add to cart” button. Kindly verify the dispatch/shipping duration before placing the order.

Back order: We will try to procure if the product is available with our supplier and dispatch with in 27 days. In case if the product is not available with our supplier, we will inform you and refund if you have made any payments.

In case of pre-order items, once the product is available in stock (product availability is mentioned in the product listing page above/below the “Preorder Now” button), order will be dispatched within 3 to 14 days.

Shipping Methods:

We have partnered with leading carriers Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbess, etc.,. Offering faster and safe shipment via road & air.

Estimated Delivery Time:

The estimated delivery time will depend on your location. During the checkout process, you will see an estimated delivery date based on the carrier’s average transit time. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or customs delays, or carrier operational delay may affect the actual delivery time. We kindly ask for your understanding in such situations.

Order Status & Tracking:
  • Order tracking information can be found under Orders section in your BigFanmerch.com account
  • You will be notified about the order status and tracking ID through email/text/WhatsApp from BigFanmerch.com or delivery partner company.
  • Delivery agent may contact you over the phone number given in delivery address at the time of delivery.
Outer Shipping Package or Figure Damaged:

(we understand that as a collector you may value the product’s outer package, but outer box is not considered as product neither by the brand suppliers nor us. The product’s outer package damage will not be considered as product damage and same is not eligible for return/replacement. Your understanding is appreciated.

Yet we give major attention to shipment packaging with choice of strong carton box with protection padding added to secure the product and the box)

If the outer carton box is opened or severely damaged or product inside is damaged on arrival, kindly refuse the delivery from the courier agent with reason “Package damaged”.

If you have accepted the package, and in case if you found that the product is damaged after opening outer carton box, please record the video of the damaged box & product and share it with us over Email or WhatsApp details found in Contact Us page, we will file a complaint to courier company and find a solution.

***Once our packages leave our facility, we are no longer responsible for them, and the responsibility for the packages will be on the shippers (Courier companies). We can file claims with the appropriate shipper for missing packages and damaged or missing contents. The decisions that the shippers make on filed claims will be reflected in our decisions on how these issues will be handled. Neither we nor the shipper are responsible for package thefts.

How to Return or Exchange an Item:

We will take care of the Return shipment pickup. Under any impossible situation, we may ask buyers to ship the returns.  Checkout Returns and Refund Policy to understand Return/Exchange/Refund conditions in detail.
